He is survived by: his stepson Jeff Harlan; his sister Betty Duda of Michigan; his children, Rhonda Krekeler (Dan) of Tennessee, Regina Sullivan (Perry) of Texas, Joshua Roberts of North Dakota, John Roberts (Amy) of Oklahoma, Brian Harlan (Cynthia) of Arizona and Bart Bright (Jeana) of Texas; his grandchildren, Troy, Brandon, Ben, Casey, Jessica, Sam, Tim, Whitney, Colton, Zoe, Richelle, Matthew, Nathan, Morgan, Aaron, Mackenzie Bright and Trinity; his great grandchildren, Baylee, Brielle, Cheyenne, Celia, Lincoln, Arlo and Luna; Virginia Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Doak-Howell Funeral Home (739 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and Mercy Ships Ministry.
