He was predeceased by: his parents, Berry Brown Harwell and Frances Katherine Harwell; his siblings, Betty Harwell Brewer, Robert Farrell Harwell, Harold Harwell, Claiborne Harwell, Donald Harwell, Billy Harwell and Walter Frank Harwell; and his grandson Hayden Hammons.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Bailey Harwell of Shelbyville; his son Justin Harwell (Amy) of Fayetteville; his sisters, Mary Ann Brewer of Fayetteville, Maudie Foster of Pulaski and Ruby Twyman of Fayetteville; his sisters-in-law, Janice Harwell of Fayetteville and Inda Browning of Shelbyville, TN; his stepdaughters, Amanda Carter (Jason) and Angela Stephens (Beverly); and his grandchildren, Kloey Carter, Baylee Taylor and Maycee Hammons. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
