He is survived by: his parents, Richard Dugger and Brenda Darnell Dugger of Shelbyville; his children, Christopher Neil Shelton Jr. and Ivory Grace Shelton of Shelbyville; his fiancée Virginia Ann Davis of Shelbyville; and his brothers, Brian Keith McCormick (Sherry Graham) of Peoria, Arizona and John Michael McCormick. He is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.
