With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Colleen Gayle Smith of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Onie Elmer Mosley and Maude Louise Hogue Mosley; and her husband Wilfred Dale Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Joe O. Mosley and Onie R. Mosley; her daughter Tammie Poole Newton (Michael) of Knoxville, TN.; her stepdaughters, Katrina Harden (Randall), Karen Boyd (Craig) of Beech Grove, TN. and Treetie Colvin of Mt. Juliet, TN.; and her nieces, Deborah Lamb and Hope Schuler. She is also survived by 3 granddaughters, several step grandchildren, caregivers.
