He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Buck DeLay, Sr. and Alma Vale Parnell DeLay; his sister Myrtle Ann DeLay; and his brother-in-law Sonny Groves. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lois Butts DeLay; his children, Susan Marie DeLay (Michael Cowdery) of California, Beverly Joyce Bayne (John) of Shelbyville, John Berry DeLay (Cindy) of Florida and Michael Randy DeLay (Tanya) of Arizona; his sister Martha DeLay Groves of Florida; and his sister-in-law Patsy Fike. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
