With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harriette Ruth Neiman of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Geneva, Illinois, who passed away on February 10, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Albert Romando and Marvella Mae McIntyre Romando; her husband Richard Dave Neiman; her son Chuck Peacock; and her sister Debbie Geese.

She is survived by: her children, Richard "Ricky" Peacock of Shelbyville, Candy Terrell (Albert) of Shelbyville, Joe Peacock (Cynthia) of Shelbyville and Angel Neiman of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Doug Romando (Melanie), Lorraine Gove, Roberta Hall (Billy) and Cherrie Hagaman (Jerry). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
