He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hutton Sepull Sr. and Vernice LaLonde Sepull; his siblings, Phillip Sepull and Patti Jo; and his brother-in-law Joe Clearwood.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, JC Sepull (Gretchen) of Flower Mound and Danielle Moore (Randy) of Huntsville, AL; his stepchildren, Carrie Byrne (Jeff) of Suffolk, VA and Jim Reed (Abbey) of Wilmington, NC.; his grandchildren, Raelyn, CJ, Holly, Rebecca, Nathan and Bennett; and his siblings, Carol Clearwood of Alpena, Mi and Tom Sepull of Mission Viejo, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home (147 Duke of Gloucester St, Annapolis, MD 21401). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project and the First Presbyterian Church in Shelbyville, TN.
