She was predeceased by: her parents, A. V. Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Kilgore Webster; her husband Jimmy Meeks; and her siblings, Bo Phillips, Gary Phillips and Bonnie Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Y. Elliott, Darrell Meeks and Michael D. Meeks (Karen); and her siblings, Judy Scott (James), Margo Phillips and Carl Phillips (Joann). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine, great grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
