She is survived by: her children, Julie Phann of Shelbyville Tn, Matt Phann of Shelbyville Tn and Jessica Blazer of Newark, Ohio; her mother Clara Thompson of Shelbyville Tn; her sisters, Gina Collier of Shelbyville Tn and Kimberly Lemons of Walterhill Tn; and her granddaughters, Haylee Phann and Emily Phann. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
