She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Daniel and Rosie Mai Parsons (LeeAnna); and her husband Thomas E. Lanier. She is survived by: her sister Annie Ruth Johnson; her sons, Travis Lanier and Ryan Lanier; her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Frazier, Ruby Ewing and Annie Ruth Wilhoite; her grandson Xavier Lanier; her great-aunt Glenda Sutton; her nieces, Stephanie Scott, Sharon Wilhoite and Shellie Fletcher; her close friends, Barbara Draine and Wanda McPeak; and her godchildren, Jessica Draine and Chris Draine.
