He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Anderson and Maybell Gordon Vandergriff; and his brothers, John Begley, George, Begley and Kenneth Vandergriff.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Vandergriff (Lisa Locke), William Vandergriff, Peggy Throneberry, Wanda G. McPeak (Ricky) and Debra K. Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gowen-Smith Chapel (850 Union St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
