He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stokey and Ruby Dean Wiser Bell; his son Michael Pierce Bell; and his brothers, Jerry Bell, Larry Bell and Gary Bell.
He is survived by: his former wife Patti Norris; his son Patrick Ryan Bell of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Chloe Bell Parker Makenzie (Brady), Peyton Bell and Preston Bell; and his great grandchildren, Noa Claire Parker, Pierce Cameron Smith and Micah Mae Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
