He is survived by: his mother Shirlee Bertie Stradley Jackson; his wife Tara Ballard Jackson; his children, Zaine Freeman of Oklahoma, Sydnee Payge Jackson of Kansas, Mason Russell Jackson of Kansas, Adin Freeman of Shelbyville and Samuel Snyder of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Pierce Davis and Oakley Freeman; and his sisters, Glenda Ellis (Eldon) of Kansas and Christy Swanson (Larry) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Edgemont Baptist Church (150 Fairfield Pike, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Edgemont Baptist Church in memory of Russell E. Jackson.
