He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Marie, Cagle (Brian), Jennifer Lauren Claxton (Tyler), Rebecca Lynn Allen (Joseph) of Shelbyville and Kassi Leann Boyce of Tullahoma; and his siblings, Sharon Zadkovich, Marsha Fortt of Illinois, Cheryl Farris (Ricky) of Arizona and Greg McAnally (Jane) of Tullahoma. He is also survived by grandchildren.
