He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Denton Green Sr. and Mattie Lou Green; and his brothers, Paul Denton Green Jr., Pete Doyle Green, William Jerry Green, Alfred Ray Green and Howard Cleveland Green.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Green; his daughter Janet Kennedy; his granddaughter Krista Cothron (Matt Cothron); and his great grandchildren, Josh Cothron, Kaylee Cothron and Kennedy Cothron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Stanley was deeply involved in his community and gave his time generously to causes and organizations that mattered to him, including the Civil Defense, Hee Haw and Howdy, the American Cancer Society, and the Fly Art Building.
