He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Douglas and Donna Douglas; and his wife Katie Douglas. He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Swartzentrover of Shelbyville and LeeAnn Cagle of Shelbyville; and his siblings' children, Robert "Gig" Douglas, Michael Dunkin, Kelley, MaeMae Flynn of Shelbyville, Tracie and Christina Douglas.
