It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Sue Barnes of Sherwood, Tennessee, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Hill and Claudia Hill; her husband George H. Barnes Jr.; her brothers, Jack Ray Hill (Minnie) and James Hill (Pat); and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Barnes, Geraline Garner and Joyce Jackson.
She is survived by : her children, Bryan Barnes (Donna) of Winchester and Angela Arnold of Winchester; her grandchildren, Camdyn Barnes, Bella Barnes and Bryson Barnes; and her siblings, Franklin Hill (Ethylene), Mary Jo Hill, Ruth Ray, Kenneth Barnes (Marilyn), Ronald Barnes, Michael Barnes, Carter Barnes and David Jackson (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as a host of relatives, church family, and friends.
