She was predeceased by: her son Ricky Horner; her parents, Joecephus Lewis and Bessie Lewis; and her son-in-law Brad Tennyson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Horner; her daughters, Debra Henderson (Michael), Teresa Griffith (Randy), Becky Horner, Pam Ellison (Eddie) and Renea Tennyson; her brothers, William Lewis and Albert Lewis; and her siblings-in-law, Harriet Beitzel, David Horner and Danny Horner. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
