He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brown and Berta Brown. He is survived by: his wife Nora C. Brown; his sons, Joe Jr. Brown (Suzanne) and Joshua Brown; his grandchildren, Holden Giesecke (Leah) and Max Giesecke; and his siblings, Bobby Brown (Terry) and Deborah Brown.
