It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Harris of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, born in Flintstone, Georgia, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Joseph Andrew; and his sister Peggy Morales. He is survived by : his daughter JoAnne Griffith; his siblings, Yvonne Harris Wood, Hilda Sue Harris, Brenda Scarbrough, Jerry Harris and Tommy Scarbrough; and his grandson Alex Griffith.
