“This is a little late, as I just heard about Frank's passing. I worked for Frank at B&W as a fresh-out-of-school nuclear engineer. After Frank moved to TVA, he helped me land a job with them, working for him. Jobs were hard to find in 1982, and B&W was in the midst of layoffs due to the economy and the after affects of the TMI accident. Frank's job offer was a god-send to a still relatively new engineer and his wife! I really enjoyed working for Frank! Thankyou Frank! God bless and RIP.”
