He was predeceased by : his parents, John McClure and Mary McClure. He is survived by : his wife Susan S. McClure; his children, Joya McClure Moss, Chanda "Sunnie" Lyle (Michael) and Josh Robert McClure (Christy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Cristian, Caleb McClure, Colin, Hayley Lyle, Philip, Jamison and Nola Lily Rose Moss; and his sisters, Nita Crews, Marsha Giles (Dan) and Sally Gray.
