He was predeceased by: his father James Otis; his wife Christine Adcock; his son Davy Adcock; and his siblings, Jewel Adcock, Manuel Adcock, James Adcock, Franklin Adcock, Ray Adcock, Irene Turner and Katie Adcock.
He is survived by: his daughter Emma Adkins (Eugene) of Smithville; his granddaughter Ellie Anne Adkins; his brother Mitchell Adcock (Imogene) of Smithville; and his siblings-in-law, Eddie Green (Carol) of Smithville, John Green (Judie) of Sparta, Jack Green of Smithville, James Green (Ginny) of Columbia, Sarah Adcock of Bradyville and Joyce Carman of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Fund in memory of Mr. Adcock.
