She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Hayes and Dollie Short Hayes; her siblings, Vondon Hayes, Shirl Hayes, Ivin Hayes, Charles Hayes, Glen Hayes and Barbara Dixon; and her sisters-in-law, Verda Craft and Linda Hayes.
She is survived by: her husband Carlos Moore of Smithville; her children, Patricia Mountz (John) of Smithville, Leticia Koegler (Brian) of Smithville and Michael Moore (Stephanie Banks) of Smithville; her grandchildren, Austin Johnson (Breanna), Jacob Johnson, Luke Johnson, Graciella Johnson, Elizabeth Wright (Seth), Shaunta Cantrell (Tyler) and Abram Koegler; her great grandchildren, Rhett, Remi Wright and Baker Cantrell; her siblings, Opal Scott (Billy) of Mousie, KY and Rodney Hayes (Becky) of Mousie, KY; and her siblings-in-law, Alonzo Dixon of West Point, KY, June Smith, Brenda Pratt and Rosa Chaffins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
