She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Webb; her parents, Charlie Turner and Gladys Parker Turner; and her siblings, James, Edward, Jack of Charles, J. C., Ernest Turner and Mary Ellen Crouch.
She is survived by: her nephew Brad Turner (Dana); her great-nephews, Nathan Turner (Makalya) of Smithville and Jacob Turner (Courtney) of Smithville; and her sisters, Helen Todd (Benny) of Murfreesboro and Betty Conrad of Michigan.
