He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Foutch and Jewelldean McBride Alligood; his brothers, Quimbe Lynn Foutch, Samuel Dale Foutch and Michael Fuston Foutch; and his friend Greg Keaton.
He is survived by: his close friend Drenda Murphy of Smithville, TN; his daughter Ashley Nichole Barnes (James Harden); his grandchildren, Kenzi Barnes and Brody Harden; his siblings, Buddy Foutch (Terri) of McMinnville and Patricia Pack (Doug) of Rock Island, TN; his daughters, Veronica Johnson (Gary) of Smithville and Stephanie Leist (Brian) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Christian Underhill (Nick), Alexis Atnip and Savannah Murphy Leist; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Halle Grace and Clara.
