He is survived by: his father Lester McCormick; his children, Mandy Kay McCormick-Mooneyham and Jonathan Kyle McCormick; his wife Patricia Faye McCormick; his grandchildren, Bryan Christopher Mooneyham and Megan Nicole Mooneyham; and his siblings, Leonard McCormick of Smithville, Ann Hallum of Smithville, Linda McCormick of Centertown and Kathy Cannon of Rock Island.

The family has requested that donations be made to Love-Cantrell Funeral Home to help with burial expenses.
