He is survived by: his wife Jewell Dean Gibbs Ponder of Smithville; his brother Glendon J. Ponder (Marie) of Smithville; and his sisters-in-law, DeEtte Shelton of Dowelltown and Alma Montgomery (Jerry) of Dowelltown. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
