It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Summers of Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 26, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Vera Kanzada Pedigo Summers; his wife Linda Sue Summers; his grandchild Star Lindsey Palermo; his siblings, Kay Bailiff, Gordon, Roger and Albert Lee Summers; and his uncle Aaron Pedigo.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Summers (Donna) of Dowelltown, Susan Lanier of Smithville, Diane Summers of Smithville, Linda Gail Scott of Smithville and Cindy Marie Knauer (John) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Christopher Summers (Emma), Kimberly Muhammad (Donique), Frankie Lanier, Cody Palermo (Grace), Britteney Thomas and Ashley Thomas; and his siblings, Janette Farris of Smithville and Doug Summers (Kathy) of Woodbury. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers all donations please be made to the funeral home to help with burial expenses.
