He is survived by: his parents, Luis Cuellar of Smithville and Tiffany Perrigan of Smithville; his brothers, Jose Manuel Cuellar and Eden Cuellar; and his grandparents, Isabel Arrellan, Angel Cuellar and Beronica Perrigan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
