He is survived by: his parents, John Curtis and Mildred Elizabeth Blocker; his wife Melinda Blocker of Smithville; his children, Kaine Bouldin of Smithville and Brooke Bristow (Allen) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Silane Bouldin and Kobbe Clary; and his sister Kimberly Dee Cooper of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at the DeKalb Cemetery (3027 McMinnville Hwy, Smithville, TN 37166).
