He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bailey, Johnnie Parker (Hill), Charles and Edna Price; his aunts, Lucy Parker and Charlotte Mayo (Price); and his uncle Charles Price, Jr..

He is survived by: his mother Judy Price (Parker); his children, Dr. Christopher Price and Lydia Price (Will Taylor); his father Harold "Tony" Price; his grandchildren, Brantley Brooks and Willow Grace Taylor; his sister Mary Chubenko (Sergei); his great-niece Alana; his great-nephew Eli; his aunts, Anet Parker Lockwood and Karen Parker Hendley; and the mother of his children Meshia Johnson (Rigsby).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the DeKalb Animal Coalition or to the charity of one's choice.
