She is survived by: her parents, Susan Louise Darnell Blackwell of Michigan and Timothy Benjamin Levandowski; her daughter Karlie Earnhardt of Smithville; her grandchildren, Kage Earnhardt, Kayson Earnhardt and Kimber Easterwood; and her sister Tracey Birkenhier of Michigan.
