She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Mason and Louvella Tittsworth; her husband Billy Smoot Young, Sr.; her sons, Billy Smoot "Bill" Young, Jr. and Joe Mason Young; and her sister Bobbie Lynn Betty.

She is survived by: her daughter Laura Lynn Carter (John) of McMinnville; her daughter-in-law Joanie Young of McMinnville; her grandchildren, Andrew Carter (Trista), Caroline Cantrell (Tyler), Matt Young (Brandi) and Josh Young; her great grandchildren, Emberly, Ethan Carter, Carter, Parker, Reese Cantrell, Destiny Hanley (Jesse), Brianna Young, Kylie Young and Matt Young, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Betty Sue Young.
