He is survived by: his daughters, Samanthia Curtis (Brad) of Smtihville, Shelia Kay Kirby (Chad) of Smithville and Wendi Keeton (Ron) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Grant Curtis (Grace), Aidan Curtis, Mason Curtis, Samantha Brooke Billingsley, Alexa Billingsley, Dallas Kirby, Brylee Kirby, Seth Keeton, Hope Keeton, Carter Cook and Elijah Keeton; his brother Dr. Ronald Whitford (Kathy) of Clarksville; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Whitford, Wendy Daigle and Jenny Langford; his brother-in-law Billy Frazier; Eddie Kaser and Jim Morse. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
