It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emogene Atnip of Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Hooper and Willie Hooper; her husband Boyd Atnip; her daughter-in-law Lori Atnip; and her great grandchild Elias Atnip.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Atnip; her grandsons, Eric Atnip and Jordan Atnip (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Savory, Neveah Brown, Wyatt Atnip and Jude Atnip; and her sister Sandra Turner.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Smithville First Baptist Church Youth Group.
