She was predeceased by: her parent James Isaac; her daughter Lori Ann Nokes; and her siblings, James Isaac Alexander, Bill Alexander, Nick Alexander, Jimmy Alexander, Mary Foster, Audrey Elam and Dorothy Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Rigsby of Smithville; her son Jackie Darrell Rigsby of Smithville; and her sister Nancy Colwell of McMinnville. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
In addition to flowers, the family asked that donations be made to Lighthouse Christian Camp, Indian Creek Memorial Baptist Church or the charity of your choice, in memory of Mrs. Frances.
