Gordon Browning Tittsworth Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Browning Tittsworth of Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskel Tittsworth and Maudell Parker Tittsworth; and his siblings, Billy Tittsworth, Jane Rawls, Faye Cantrell and Sandra Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Tittsworth of Smithville; his daughter Vivian Johnson (Gary) of Smithville; his grandson Bradley Johnson (Kayla) of Smithville; his great grandchildren, Brownie, Rylee, Levi, Madalyn, Grant and Emmett; his sister Betty T. Hale of Virginia Beach, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Cantrell of McMinnville and Zollie D. Cantrell of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Before Covid, he loved going to McDonald's and discussing the world issues with his men friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Mt. View Primitive Baptist Church, in memory of Brownie.
