It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Marie Sharp-Griffith of Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Alton Benton; her husbands, Oakley S. Sharp, Herman Ledbetter and Charles Griffith; her son Roger Sharp; her siblings, Ray Cooper, Clyde Cooper, Rillie Owens and Roxie Atkins; and her half-brother Raymond Carl Cooper.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Sharp (Annie) of Silver Point; her grandson Roger Sharp, Jr. (David Sharp); her great great grandchild Aria Sharp; and her daughter-in-law Treva Sharp.
