He is survived by: his wife Michele Gotch of Smithville; his children, Lindsay Pelham of Mt. Prospect, IL, Emily Avina of Mt. Prospect, IL, Paul Graham of Lebanon, Megan Tice of Lebanon, Will Clegg of Smithville and Dino; his grandchildren, Abby Avina, Leo Avina, Lily Pelham and Antonio Zavala; and his sisters, Sally Maloney and Judy Hope.
