He is survived by: his mother Maudine Dabbs Neal of Smithville; his wife Jeania Cawthorn of Smithville; his children, Megan Stewart (Mark Winfree) of Smithville, Leagh Lawrence (Jacob) of Smithville, Courtney Turner (Jacob) of Smithville, Alex Poss (Arissa) of Smithville and Alison Poss of Smithville; his grandchildren, Jacob Stewart, Carlee West, Jackson Allred and Brooklyn Lawrence; and his sister Debra Neal of Woodbury.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
