He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Scott and Robbie McMillen Scott; his parents-in-law, Ewin and Bettie Sandlin; his sister-in-law Eva Willoughby; and his great-niece Sharli Joy.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sandlin Scott of Smithville; his son Anthony Lee; his daughter-in-law Dana Michelle Curtis Scott of Smithville; his brothers-in-law, Freddy Sandlin of Smithville and Mac Willoughby of Murfreesboro; his nieces, Shandi Sandlin of Smithville and Melanie Richardson (Dana) of Murfreesboro; his great-nieces, Lauralee Richardson of Murfreesboro and Amber Simon (Matt) of Christiana; and his aunt Earlene Olson (Nell Beshearse) of Smithville. He is also survived by five great-great-nieces.
