She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lowery and Carmyne Denby Lowery; her husband William'Bill'Blaylock; and her son Brian Patrick Blaylock. She is survived by: her son Terry Blaylock (Patty) of Antioch; and her grandson Wesley Kemp of Knoxville.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home (100 E Church St, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
