He is survived by: his wife Tina Coburn Turner of Smithville; his son Justin Turner of McMinnville; his granddaughters, Kadyce and Chloe Turner of McMinnville; his mother Reba Dyer Turner of Cookeville; his siblings, Crystal Turner of McMinnville, Cayalyn Turner of Cookeville and Chase Turner of Smithville; and his niece Serenity Turner of Smithville.
