He is survived by: his parents, Wally Pedro and Deborah Baker Baez of Clarksville, TN.; his uncle Luis Angel Baez; his fiancé Alexis Hardrick of Smithville, TN.; his daughter Isabell Morgan Baez of Lebanon, TN.; his sisters, Brandy Anne Baez of Henderson, TN and Ashley Morgan Baez-Keels of Clarksville, TN.; his grandparents, Anthony Louis Rucci and Ramonita Santana Baez; and his uncles, Terry Rucci, Antonio Rucci and Edwin Baez.

In accordance with the Governors Executive Order Number 17 regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no public visitation with the family.
