It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Taylor of Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vaughn and Willie Adcock Vaughn; her siblings, James Vaughn and Nell Raymond (Earl); her brother-in-law Elmer Adcock; and her nephew Timmie Adcock (Peggy).
She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Taylor, Amanda of Smithville and LeVaughnda Midgett (Casey) of Smithville; her grandsons, Luke, Reed and John Casey Midgett; her sister Flora Mai Adcock of Smithville; her nephews, Brian Raymond (Kristin) and Adam Raymond (Amy); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas, Brianna, Aniston and Alexis Raymond.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mt. View Primitive Baptist Church or to the charity of your choice in memory of Mrs. Marie.
