She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William James Simms and Zettie Florence Tittsworth Simms; her husband Joe Goodwin; her children, Ronnie (Deborah), Beth Newkirk (Tom), Bill, Joey (Kathy), Pam Green (Gary) and Jill Omer (Doug); her grandchildren, Scott Goodwin (Amanda), Matt Goodwin, Tommy, Michael Newkirk, Grant Goodwin (Taylor), Katelyn Goodwin, Wesley Young (Melissa), Olivia and Hope Omer; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Kiptyn Goodwin, Jordan, Wyatt, Kaitlin Newkirk, Lanie Young and Charlotte Rose Goodwin; her siblings, Sallye Sykes (Jim) and Fred Simms (Pat); her close friend Janet Greer; and her brother Terry Little.
