She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Young and Myrtle Jones Young; her husband Ralph T. Gillette; her daughter Mildred Louise Lee; and her siblings, Marvin Young, Betty Jean Young, Juanita Donalson, Gerald Young and Willie Young.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cheri Lee Farris (Steve) and Mark Lee (Angela) of Murfreesboro; her great grandchildren, Brittaney Dean Lopez (Daniel), Thomas Ashcraft (Alexis) of Nashville, Josie Cook (Clifford) of Shelbyville and Lance Lee (Aubrey) of Murfreesboro; her great great grandchildren, Raiden, Ronin Lopez, Mary Rose, Tommy, Henry, Charlie, Ashcraft, Ansley Gadd and Maverick Cook; her brothers, Charles Young (Barbara) and Jimmy Young (Marlene); her niece Carolyn Cantrell (Toby); and her great-nieces, Jamie Cantrell (Andrew), Lisa Prater (Dustin) and Teresa Atnip. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In addition to flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Ms. Maurene.
