She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel "Red" Rigsby and Margie Elizabeth Pascal Rigsby; and her brothers, James "Jim" Rigsby, Danny M. Rigsby, Lloyd, Floyd Rigsby, Billy Joe Rigsby, Ronald and Donald Rigsby.
She is survived by: her children, Symantha G. Haley (Richard), Terry Bullard (Tricia), Riley Anthony Bullard, Jamie Bullard and Melshia Martin; her grandchildren, Chase Haley, Micah Haley, Ashley Beck, Danielle Crompton, Brandi Liggett, Brittani Totty, Blaze Eaton, Keeli Stickler, Koby Bullard, Riley Bullard, Lexi Bullard and Taylor Bullard; her siblings, Margie Rigsby Miller (Billy King) and Bob M. Rigsby (Vanessa); and her sister-in-law Elaine Rigsby. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
