He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Blair and Vergia Hubbard Blair; and his siblings, Brenda Colgan, Dean Turner and Eugene Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Blair of Smithville; his daughter Jill Davis of Smithville; his grandson Dillon Davis (Jessica) of Smithville; and his great grandchildren, Bryson and Caleb Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family ask in lieu of flowers that donations may be made to Keltonburg Cemetery in memory of Mr. Paul.
